Zoë Mc Pherson and HIIIT release their new track Mirador today on Bandcamp, Spotify, and other streaming platforms. It is the first preview of the upcoming SIIIX EP Volume II, which will be released next month on Maloca Records and also features contributions from Rrose, Uwalmassa, Ale Hop, 3Phaz, and Grischa Lichtenberger.
Volume II picks up where last year’s first edition of the SIIIX EP left off. Once again, HIIIT opens up its extensive collection of percussion instruments to six forward-thinking producers. Using this vast and dynamic sample bank as a starting point, they created new music — including the dark techno of Mirador.
Zoë Mc Pherson is a French-Irish multidisciplinary artist currently based in Berlin. Mirador is the Spanish word for “lookout” or “viewpoint.” A second single will follow in the coming weeks. The EP’s artwork was created by Quentin Lacombe.
